Our annual homeowner’s meeting will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2025 during the City of Cedar Park’s National Night Out festivities. We will meet at the vacant lot by the mailboxes around 6pm for food and socializing followed by a homeowner’s meeting at 6:30pm.

Homeowner Meeting will include discussion and voting on several agenda items:

  • Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb/VRBO): Article 18 covers long-term only; discuss if short-term should be allowed/prohibited and possible by-law change
  • Covenant Enforcement: Large vehicles in driveways (Article 16); discuss enforcement options
  • Unpaid Dues: Small number of accounts >$500; discuss late fees or legal action
  • Election of Board Members: All positions open
