In a nutshell, our homeowner’s dues are $75 annually due each year on October 1st. When a home in West Park Estates is sold, a Resale Certificate is needed. Real estate fees are $75 for the Title Transfer plus $75 for the Resale Certificate. A template for the Resale Certificate is included below, but please contact us for an authentic Resale Certificate which would include any additional information specific to an individual property.
